Replaced the project's main chip and re-debugged the software and hardware of the device.

The project initially used the HiSilicon Hi3518 as the main chip, but due to supply difficulties, we decided to switch to a chip from another company. As it is the main chip for the project, all device-side software and hardware needed to be adjusted, resulting in a significant workload.
